What does it mean when a retailer is Out of Stock/Product Added?

Currently Pistil combines all product and pricing data every week. When a retailer or stocks a product at any time one week, and then does not stock the product at all the next week, we report it as Out of Stock of this brand and/ or product.

When a retailer does not stock a product in the previous week, then stocks it at any point the following week, we report it as “added” to the retailer.
